THIS YEAR: Sophomore Myeshia Gibson is a transfer that can help the Trojans right away in the jumps.
BEFORE USC: Attended Riverside Community College where she was a conference champion in the triple jump last season with a jump of 38-5...Also had a long jump of 18-11...Gibson also ran on RCC's 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams that posted season bests of 49.49 and 4:05.88 respectively.
HIGH SCHOOL: She prepped at Centennial High in Bakersfield, Calif, the same school as teammate Brittany Bennett and her sister and former Trojan Tiffany Bennett.
PERSONAL: Myeshia was born on Oct. 24, 1985 ...She is an undeclared major at USC.
