    Trojans Win Eight Events At Ben Brown Invitational Saturday

    Muhammad wins both hurdles races; Mance wins 400m, Nellum 200m

    THIS SEASON: Freshman Erin Robinson will compete in the distance races for the track team.

    CROSS COUNTRY She was one of USC's top runners this fall on Trojans' very young cross country team. She placed 19th at the Northridge Invitational with a time of 22:38.83 to help lead USC to a second-place finish...Represented USC at the Pac-12 Championships and had a time of 24:07.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Robinson is a 2011 graduate of Gunn High in Palo Alto, Calif....As a senior running cross country, had a 5K PR of 18:19 at the Stanford Invitational on Sept. 25...Placed 67th at the California State High School Cross Country Championships with a time of 18:58...Robinson finished 34th as a junior at the state meet with a time of 18:38...While running track as a senior for Gunn HS, set a PR of 10:04.20 in winning the 3000m race at the Stanford Invitational on March 26...Ran the 3200m race at the California State meet and placed 26th with a time of 11:14.88...Set a PR of 10:48.79 in the 3200m race in placing second in the CCS Finals.

    PERSONAL: Robinson was born on February 16, 1993 in Los Altos Hills, California.
