    THIS YEAR: Senior Davonte Stewart returns as one of the top 200m runners on the West Coast and one of USC's top 400m runners.

    2014: Stewart blasted out of the blocks to start the season with a 200m time of 20.96 at the Cal State Los Angeles Invitational on March 9 which was the NCAA-leading time in the early season. He then ran 20.80 to win the 200m race at the Trojan Invitational on March 22. He then ran a season-best 20.68 (+0.1) to take eighth at the Florida Relays on April 4. He went on to take second in the 200m dash at the Pac-12 Championships on May 18 with a time of 20.83 (-2.1). He then tweaked his left hamstring while running the second leg for USC's 4x400m relay team later that day...Started the day by running the anchor leg for USC's winning 4x100m relay which clocked a time of 39.43, at the time USC's fastest since the 2005 season. He ran his first collegiate 400m race at the Florida Relays and posted a time of 47.17. He then set a PR with a time of 46.90 to win at the USC-UCLA Dual Meet on May 4.

    2013: Stewart finished 25th at the Florida Relays in the 100m dash with a wind-aided season-best time of 10.61. In the finals of 200m dash at the Pac-12 Championships, Stewart placed third with a season-best time of 20.84, finishing behind teammates Bryshon Nellum and Aaron Brown. Stewart had two more season-best times at the Pac-12 Championships. Placed second in the 4x100m men's relay with teammates Mercado, Brown and B. Lee clocking in at a season-best time of 39.94. Stewart also placed sixth in the 4x400m relay with teammates Andrews, Wyatt and Nellum at the Pac-12 Championships with a season-best time of 3:10.37.

    2012: Stewart had a PR of 20.55 in the 200m to place third at the Pac-12 Championships on May 13 in Eugene, Ore....Also, was 12th in the 100m dash with a wind-aided time of 10.52 and ran a leg on USC's 4x100m relay which placed sixth with a time of 40.93. Ran 20.66w in the 200m to advance out of the NCAA Preliminary Rounds in eighth place in the West and on ot the NCAA semifinals in Des Moines, Ia. Had a time of 20.95 at the NCAA Championships to finish 19th and earn honorable mention All-America Honors.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Stewart attended AB Miller High in Fontana, Calif. He won the 100m dash at the CIF Southern Section Division I finals for the second year in a row with a PR of 10.51. He also won the 200m dash at the meet with a season-best time of 20.89. He owns a 200m PR of 20.84 set at the CIF-SS Division I prelims. His winning 100 dash time was 10.64 at the 2010 CIF Southern Section finals.

    PERSONAL: Stewart was born on June 11, 1993 in Rialto, Calif...Is a Communications major at USC...His favorite movie is Menace II Society, favorite actress is Jessica Alba and favorite musician is Drake...For two years he served food to the homeless at a local center.
