THIS YEAR: Senior DaSean Cunningham will be a key member for the Trojans at 400m and 800m as well as a key member of our 4x400m relay in 2007.
2006: Came back from knee surgery to have a solid season for the Trojans...Had a season best time of 47.65 in the 400m at the Mt. Sac Relays to finish third on April 15...Ran a career-best 1:49.80 in the 800m at the UCLA_USC Dual Meet on April 29 to finish fourth...Finished eighth at the Pac-10 Championships in the 800m with a time of 1:53.78...had qualified for the finals with a time of 1:50.37...Was part of the Trojans' winning 4x400m relay team that ran a 3:05.74 at the Pac-10s...Ran a 1:52.92 in the prelims of the 800m at the NCAA West Regional, but did not qualify for the finals...Ran the third leg for USC's 4x400m relay team which finished second with a time of 3:05.76...Part of the fourth place 4x400m relay team at the NCAA Championships which posted a 3:03.08 time, fifth-fastest in school history.
2005: He had a person best 1:52.96 in the 800m on March 18 at the Woody Williams Invitational in Arizona...Matched that in his 800m prelims at the Pac-10s...Ran a season best of 47.94 in the 400m on March 25 at Stanford.
2004: Cunningham had bests of 47.44 in the 400m and 22.01 in the 200m as a freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL: Cunningham was one of the top 400m runners in the country as a senior at University High in San Diego...Ran a best of 47.19 in the 400m, the best prep mark in California in 2003...Finished second at the state meet in a time of 47.50...Finished fourth in the 400m at the 2003 USATF Junior Olympics...His indoor best of 48.56 was the 10th-fastest prep indoor mark in 2003.
PERSONAL: Da'Sean was born on May 11, 1985...He is an undeclared major at USC.
