THIS SEASON: Freshman Steven Cherry is beginning his first season as a pole vaulter on the USC track and field team.
HIGH SCHOOL: Cherry attended Charter School of Wilmington where is he is Delaware D1 State Champion in the Pole Vault. He is also the high school indoor and outdoor school record holder.
PERSONAL: Cherry was born on November 23, 1992 in Clayton, Delaware. He is a Neuroscience major at USC...His brother, Will, also attended USC...He lists Jim Carrey and Robin Williams as his favorite actors and Boyce Avenue as his favorite band...He enjoys playing soccer and hacky-sack during his free time.
