    THIS SEASON: Sophomore Bryan Mercado will continue to add depth to the sprints this season and hopes to improve on his personal bests

    2012: Mercado posted season-best time of 10.97s in the 100m at the dual meet. Ran a season-best of 22.17s in the 200m.

    HIGH SCHOOL: Mercado attended Colony High in Ontario, Calif...Had PRs of 10.87 in the 100m and 21.76 in the 200m...Helped lead Colony to a fifth place finish in the 4x100m relay at the California state meet.

    PERSONAL: Mercado was born on October 5, 1992 in Anaheim, California.
