THIS YEAR: Redshirt fresman Charity Bruce will add to the Trojans' depth in the sprints.
2011: Redshirted her first season at USC.
HIGH SCHOOL: Bruce is a 2010 graduate of Episcopal High in Baton Rouge, La. She holds the school records in the 55m, 100m, and 200m. Won the 100m dash with a PR of 12.00 at the District 7 2-A Championships. Placed second in the 100m dash at the 1A-2A Louisiana State Championships with a time of 12.24w...Also took second in the 200m with a PR of 24.96. Placed fourth in the 55m dash with a time of 7.52 at the Louisiana High School Indoor Championships and ran a PR in the prelims of 7.45 for the third-fastest qualifier. Helped lead Episcopal to two state track and field championships.
