Several USC athletes register PRs and season bests
THIS YEAR: Freshman Myles Andrews should be one our top middle distance runners, teaming with Blake Shaw to give the Trojans the most depth they've had at the position in a few seasons.
HIGH SCHOOL: Andrews attended Long Beach Poly High, in Long Beach, Calif. He placed third in the 800m race at the 2011 California State meet with a PR of 1:50.63. He also won the CIF Southern Section 800m race and placed second in the Masters Meet 800m final. Andrews also has a 1600m PR of 4:14.59. In his first year of running cross country, he won the Moore League title and helped his team place seventh at the California State XC Meet with a time of 15.44.
PERSONAL: Andrews was born on April 12, 1993 in Long Beach, Calif...He is a Theatre major at USC...His hobbies include photography and dance...His favorite actors are Martin Lawrence, Mike Epps and Jamie Foxx...His favorite television show was Fresh Prince of Bel Air and favorite musicians are Wale and Overdoz.
