Corral, a junior, tied for fifth at the Ping Arizona Intercollegiate last week after shooting a 212.

Seth Etherton, Baseball
Etherton, a senior righthander, went seven innings and struck out 10 while giving up seven hits, three runs and one walk in a 5-3 win against Texas on Friday.

Patrick Gottesleben, Men's Tennis
Gottesleben, a sophomore, had easy singles (6-2, 6-2) and doubles (8-4, with Akram Zaman) wins and helped USC to a victory over Fresno State last week.

Kara Warkentin, Women's Tennis
Warkentin, a sophomore, won in both singles and doubles against her old team, Fresno State, last week. She had a 6-3, 6-4 win in singles and an 8-0 win in doubles with teammate Amber Basica.
