    Samantha Johnson of the soccer team and Marc Tyler of the football team were named USC Credit Union Student-Athletes of the Week today (Sept. 13) for the week of September 5-12.

    Samantha Johnson: Soccer: Junior Samantha Johnson assisted on the Trojans only goal of the weekend at the Trojan Invitational Tournament. She was also selected to the All-Tournament team.

    Marc Tyler: Football: Senior Marc Tyler rushed for 113 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries in his return from suspension for the Trojans (2-0, 1-0) as they defeated new Pac-12 rival Utah 23-14 at the Coliseum.
