    Haley Boysen of the women's soccer team and Jeremy Davie of the men's water polo team were named the USC Credit Union Student-Athletes of the Week today (Sept. 13) for the week of Sept. 6-12.

    The freshman midfielder Boysen led USC to a pair of victories over the weekend, scoring the game-winner in overtime vs. No. 21 Auburn on Friday and then assisting on two goals in USC's 3-1 win vs. Northern Arizona on Sunday. Boysen scored her first career goal roughly one minute into the overtime period to earn the Trojans a 1-0 victory over the ranked Tigers Friday, then assisted on USC's first and third goals in the 3-1 win vs. NAU on Sunday.

    The freshman 2-meter player Davie scored a hat trick in both of USC's victories over the weekend, a 16-4 win vs. No. 10 Long Beach State on Saturday and a 10-5 win vs. No. 8 LMU on Sunday. The Trojans actually trailed 5-4 in the first half before scoring the game's final six goals.
