Two New Trojans

IMG_6650.JPGUSC men's basketball announced two members of its 2017 Signing Day class today: guard Jordan Usher and center Victor Uyaelunmo.

Usher is a 6-foot-7, 220 lb. guard who will spend his senior year at Wheeler High School in Marietta, GA after prepping at Sequoyah in Canton, GA for the last three years. He averaged 18.3 points, 8.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 2.5 steals and 1.3 blocks per game last year at Sequoyah.

Uyaelunmo comes to USC from Miami, FL, where he played at Calvary Christian Academy. The 7-footer averaged 10.4 points, 11.1 rebounds and 4.1 blocks per game last year.

Usher, Uyaelunmo and Duke transfer Derryck Thornton are just the beginning of USC's Class of 2017 signees.
