USC is known as a factory for many skilled professions like entrepreneur, filmmaker and linebacker.  Women's volleyball is developing a libero legacy.

As Team USA preps for its Galen Center showdown against No. 1 Brazil on July 6, two Women of Troy alums battle it out for the starting libero spot.

Nicole Davis is the veteran.  She led USC to back-to-back national championships in 2002 and 2003, and she is a two-time U.S. Olympian.

Natalie Hagglund is the new kid on the block.  She recently finished up her Trojan career as a three-time All-American and Academic All-American First Team.
