Springboard to the Finish

USC junior diver Haley Ishimatsu highlighted day three of the Pac-12 Championships by winning the 3-meter springboard.  With one day to go, the Women of Troy are in third place behind Cal and Stanford.

Ishimatsu (pictured), the defending champion on platform, won her first conference springboard title at USC with 347.25 in a tight battle.  Plus, sophomore Sam Adams continued her breakout competition with a third place finish in the same event.

"Haley reestablished herself as a true champion tonight after finishing first both in prelims and in finals on 3-meter," USC head diving coach Hongping Li said. "Sam Adams' bronze was golden to her and a huge confidence boost."
