USC women's basketball needed to pick up at least two wins in the Pac-12 Tournament to make a valid case for NCAA Tournament inclusion.  The Women of Troy have accomplished their goal and now have a chance for more as they advanced to the semifinals by beating Arizona State 59-57 today.

USC made five second half threes including three triples by Ariya Crook to open up a nine-point lead.  But tied in the last two minutes, defensive specialist Kiki Alofaituli took the responsibility of making the game-winning shot.

The Women of Troy will now play Pac-12 champion Stanford at 6 p.m. on Saturday in Seattle.  The game will be broadcast live on Pac-12 Networks.
