No. 7 USC men's volleyball went old school to great effect this weekend taking out Cal State Northridge and No. 2 Long Beach State inside the packed, heated and raucous 800-seat North Gym.  The Trojans are enjoying their best spell of the season with three consecutive wins including marquee victories over UCLA and Long Beach State.

Finding a source of offense outside of dynamic freshman Lucas Yoder, who leads the team in kills by more than 100 over his closest teammate, has been the key for the Trojans.  In last week's wins, Tanner Jansen stepped up to lead USC in kills in both matches including a career-high 26 kills (hitting .426) against Long Beach.
