For the second time this month, USC Athletics will unveil a sparkling new facility which pays tribute to our rich tradition and provides a high performance training and competition arena for future champions.  The Uytengsu Aquatics Center will open its doors to the public on Friday, February 21, at 3 p.m. with a dedication followed by self-guided tours and a reception culminating in a USC men's swimming meet against Utah at 5:30 p.m.

The $16 million Uytengsu Aquatics Center will house both national champion water polo programs, and USC men's and women's swimming and diving.  The pool is named for legendary head swim coach Peter Daland, while the diving tower was dedicated to USC champion Sammy Lee.
