USC wide receivers coach Tee Martin was named the Scout.com Pac-12 Recruiter of the Year after helping to close high-profile recruits Adoree' Jackson and JuJu Smith among others on a Top 10 National Signing Day for the Trojans.

Martin and fellow returning assistant Clay Helton were credited by Steve Sarkisian for keeping the class intact during a time of transition with three head coaches in one year.  "The biggest thing that Tee provides is that he is a diligent worker," Sarkisian said on Trojans Live.  "If you need a call at Midnight at 7 at 5 at 4, he was going to make the call.

"He's a quarterback.  There's something about a quarterback in a locker room.  He can interact with anybody at any time regardless of the situation.  He quarterbacked the situation with players that we ended up signing really, really well."
