Byron in the Box Score

Junior wing Byron Wesley has been asked to do just about everything for the men's basketball team, and he has answered the bell this season.  He is the only major conference player in the nation averaging at least 17 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists per game, according to Pac-12 Networks' J.B. Long.

More specifically, Wesley is averaging 17.5 ppg and 7.7 rpg to lead the Trojans.  He is seventh in the conference in scoring and 10th in rebounding.

He will need to continue to lift his team this week as the Trojans travel to Utah (tonight on Pac-12 Networks at 7 p.m. PT) and Colorado (Saturday on Fox Sports 1 at 11 a.m. PT).  USC has started 0-3 in the Pac-12 after a strong 9-4 record in the non-conference.
