Browne's Big Night

USC freshman QB Max Browne, who has already been named the Gatorade National Football Player of the Year, is a nominee for the Gatorade Male High School Athlete of the Year, which will be given out at a July 16 ceremony in Hollywood.  Browne will then walk the red carpet the following night at the ESPY's with the biggest stars in sports and entertainment.

Browne is a finalist for the most prestigious honor in high school sports because he led Skyline HS to a 14-0 record and back-to-back state championships while boasting a 3.5 GPA in the classroom.  He has since enrolled a semester early at USC to compete for the starting quarterback position.
