Lane Kiffin is trying to change his public perception one win at a time.  The USC head coach took accountability for the mistakes of the 2012 season, but he is looking forward now to the challenge of returning the Trojans to the top.

"It's all about winning," Kiffin told Saxon. "Winning makes people forget a lot of things."

The USC head coach won 10 games in 2011, and was named the Southern California Coach of the Year at the LA Sports Awards.  The Trojans succumbed to expectations and hype in 2012, and Kiffin expressed regret about "the mindset of training camp."

However, he feels that he has learned from his mistakes going into 2013.  To that end, the mantra of spring camp is painted on the practice field, "Don't talk about, be about it!"
