Pioneering women's athletics administrator Barbara Hedges will be a featured
panelist in the "Living Your Legacy Speaker Series" at the USC Women's Conference on March 7. After arriving at Troy in 1973 just after the groundbreaking Title IX legislation had gone into effect, Hedges spearheaded the creation of USC women's athletics, which has won 23 national champions and produced some of the world's greatest athletes.
