No. 1 USC women's golf ascended to the top of the leaderboard at the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge in Palos Verdes. The Women of Troy were led by junior Sophia Popov who shot a 3-under 68 to put the Trojans in a winning position ahead of Wednesday's final round.
