Scouting Report: The latest Florida player to swim the pipeline to USC actually teamed up with Freshman All-American Leonard Williams in high school.  He will do so again at Troy, although likely as an outside linebacker given his athletic build at only 220 pounds.  Williams, and his success at USC, was a big influence on Powell's decision. "It just shows you that if you work hard good things can happen," Powell said about Williams to the Orlando Sentinel.  "He's in the program now and can tell me all the good things and the bad things about it.  It will definitely help."
