Scouting Report: The Trojans have loaded up on potential outside linebacker candidates in this recruiting class.  Hutchings admires LB Dion Bailey, and expects to slot in behind him, but he is another versatile talent who can play all over the field.  How was USC able to snare the highly-regarded Hutchings?  "Education, the coaching staff, what the school offered outside of football and the tradition," Hutchings told "[USC] offered me every tool and everything that I wanted."
