Matt Barkley has arrived in Indianapolis for the NFL Combine at which he will not throw but plans to impress the league's coaches and personnel staff during the interview process. As always, he was forthcoming in his press conference today answering questions ranging from Manti Te'o to his injured AC joint and the past season's disappointments at USC.

Barkley officially weighed in at 227 pounds and measured at 6-foot-2.5. He stated clearly that he believes he is the best quarterback in this draft and plans on starting from day one.
