Fire Lane Kiffin now! Avoid the rush. How can you take a number one team with one of, if not the, richest recruiting area in the country and turn it into this mess? Get rid of his tired-ass, worn-out, old school, daddy too! I have been an USC fan since I was a teenager (I'm 63 now). It hurts me.
I don't believe that the players are better now then they were in high school. This is a coaching issue.
As a grad of Georgia Tech, and living in Southern California for the last 40 years, it was a pleasure to meet you all in the Sun Bowl. Without a doubt the better team won. I know so many arrogant SC people, this one was for all of you.
We at Tech knew when it was announced we would be playing SC, that we were going to pound you. At the Sun Bowl you totally embarrassed your school, especially 1) You stood us up at the Sun Bowl joint dinner! You think we didn't notice this, we sent thousands of e-mails to our guys telling them how disrespected we felt and encouraged our eager guys to take it out on the field. 2) A brawl in your locker one after the pounding (we held you to 7 earned first downs), really!!! You had the breaks in the game, not us. You are lucky it was only 21-7, could easily have been 42-0. So to all you arrogant SC crowd, next year will be the same.
How many recruits have decided to go elsewhere? Oh, you don't know??
Hope to see you all again in the future. By the way all of our recruits are staying, triple option, your defense was saying, "What was that running by me"?
