A Patron of Troy

The Trojan Family lost William Tilley, the philanthropist who funded the Traveler endowment, to natural causes last week at the age of 73.  Bill Tilley not only ensured the lineage of USC's great mascot, but he also contributed to several projects including Tilley Tower outside of Galen Center and "The All-American Walk" leading out of the John McKay Center.

To honor his death, the family suggests donations to the Medal of Honor Foundation or Boys Republic.

Tilley (right) donated a LeRoy Neiman serigraph of Traveler which hangs in the Tutor Campus Center.
