A Day In Troy

Yesterday, 100 student-athletes from various USC teams participated in A Day in Troy, a community service event hosted by the Trojan Athletic Department. Over 3,000 fans of all ages participated in the day-long event with their favorite USC student-athletes.

First, the students toured the campus with members of the USC soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, water polo, football, and golf teams before venturing to the Galen Center to take part in the S.C.O.R.E program with Radio Disney.

The SCORE program (Servicing Community Through Outreach, Recreation & Education) taught students the importance of higher education, healthy living habits, and decision-making skills through a series of different games with the student-athletes. The students then received autographs from the student-athletes and also participated in a mini-carnival inside the Galen Center's Centofante Hall of Fame before taking in the Women of Troy's victory over Arizona.
