Senior QB Matt Barkley is a finalist for the Wuerffel Trophy, which recognizes the college football player who best combines community service, academics and athletics.
Barkley checks all three boxes starting with leading humanitarian trips to Africa and Haiti during his tenure as a Trojan. He's also a two-time member of the All-Pac-12 Academic Team as well as the Pac-12 record holder for career touchdown passes.
