As part of USC Athletics' Stevens Academic Center, the SAAS team hosts transition seminars for freshmen. In the latest PHED 165 class, the freshmen learned how to cook healthy food on their own from USC dietician Kristy Morrell.
Student-athletes always have a busy schedule, so the idea is to maintain wellness even on the go. The evening section made turkey tacos and protein cookies, while the breakfast club whipped up eggs, yogurt parfaits and cinnamon raisin french toast.
