USC fan Zack from Los Feliz created the first zero waste tailgate as part of the green initiative for Trojan football games.
Coincidentally, Zack lists his favorite Coliseum memory as "the 2004 fourth and goal stand against Aaron Rodgers and the Cal Bears." Before the Trojans and Bears meet again Saturday, Zack will be serving up his zero waste blue mamba margaritas.
