As the Trojan Family invades Manhattan this weekend, be sure to check out Lane Kiffin and Matt Barkley on the Best Buy Theater video board at 44th and 7th.
I hate to say it but I'm not a huge fan of the aesthetics (ditto for the blog layout). It has too many bold elements, particularly the color scheme and language.
Of the 5% of New Yorkers that will understand that this is an ad for USC, not a Broadway play, less than half will see the LA in the word play and actually realize it stands for Los Angeles.
I think next year we need to have a more professional creative team come up with the branding for a school and team with such a rich legacy.
