USC vs. the SEC

According to the new ESPN the Magazine cover, the college football world (outside of the southeast) is rooting for USC to break up the BCS monopoly.  The SEC has won the last six BCS Championships since Matt Leinart and Co. departed Troy.

Look at what we did to Auburn and Arkansas. Bring on the SEC because we are SC

Conference cheerleading are for those programs who are not as athletically accomplished as USC. If your individual school sucks, then your fallback argument is to claim conference. No one rooted for conference prior to 2003.

Some schools can't compare individual program wise, so conference cheerleading makes them think they are better than USC.

With USC's Olympic history, football, baseball, tennis and all other accomplishments, why should a Trojan care if what happens in Westwood, Corvallis, Pullman or Palo Alto and if it can make Troy look good?

Individual programs, not conference. My degree says USC, not Pac-12.
