Pac-12 Networks launched last night on all cable platforms.  The conference channel is still negotiating a deal with the satellite companies, but approximately 48 million people have access to the network at launch, which is nearly double Big Ten Network's initial distribution.

Pac-12 Networks will air 850 live events in its first year.  USC will make its debut on the conference channel with a women's soccer game against Minnesota on August 26.

The September 22 home contest versus Cal will be the first Trojan football game on the network.  Every football and men's basketball game will be broadcast on TV with Pac-12 Networks picking up any games that the contracted broadcast partners do not.
