Olympic Spotlight: All American

Trailing by a set and down early in the second, April Ross and Jennifer Kessy's chances at gold looked as bleak as the London weather.  The Southern California girls may not have been raised to play beach volleyball in a driving rain storm, but they are well versed in the fight on spirit.

The USC duo stormed back in their semifinal against Brazil's best, Juliana Silva and Larissa Franca, to steal the second set (21-19) and then closed like champions in the third (15-12).

The win set up a dream final between the upstart American pair and the queens of the beach, reigning two-time Olympic gold medalists Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh Jennings.  The all American final will take place on Wednesday at 1 p.m. pacific.
