Olympic Spotlight: Allyson Felix

Allyson Felix did not race competitively at USC, but she earned her degree from Troy, so she is a Trojan through and through.  The two-time Olympic silver medalist in the 200m is in her prime at 26 and ready to go for the gold in London.

Felix is no stranger to finishing first.  She owns an Olympic gold for running a leg on the 4x400m relay team in 2008 as well as eight world outdoor championships.

How is Felix preparing for London 2012?  Check out her workout routine...

She is not a Trojan through and through turning pro instead of competing for USC at least a couple of years. Probably cost them a national title in one of those years. She was greedy not like her brother who came to Troy, improved yearly and was a real Trojan in my opinion.

She is so talented.
HOpe I Would be like her. Amazing!

Allyson Felix is a real Trojan. She is a great competitor and represents the Trojan spirit!
We (Trojans) should be proud of her accomplishments. I wish her all the best in London!
