The national champion men's tennis team and NCAA semifinalist Women of Troy combined for seven All-Americans to cap a historic year in USC tennis.

Johnson-HandsUp-UCLA-McG.JPGOf course, Steve Johnson leads the way.  The two-time NCAA singles champion was named an ITA All-American for the seventh time (four singles and three doubles).

Trivia: Rick Leach is USC men's tennis' only 8-time All-American.

Johnson is joined on the All-American team by his doubles partner freshman Roberto Quiroz and two-timer Ray Sarmiento, who finished the season ranked No. 19 in the country in singles.

The breakout season by women's tennis concludes with four All-Americans, the most for the program since 1986.

Freshman Sabrina Santamaria scored top honors for singles and doubles joining her partner Kaitlyn Christian and singles talents Zoe Scandalis and Danielle Lao.  True freshmen Scandalis and Santamaria finished the season ranked No. 11 and No. 13 respectively in the ITA rankings, while Lao ended up at No. 18.
