USC's sophomore-freshman tandem of Kaitlyn Christian and Sabrina Santamaria used a blend of youthful exuberance and teamwork to win the Pac-12 Doubles Championship this weekend in Ojai.

The Trojan pair knocked off top-seeded Stanford (6-4, 6-4) in the final to earn USC women's tennis its third conference doubles title in the last five years. Christian, who finished as the runner-up in this tournament teamed with Maria Sanchez last year, found championship bliss with Santamaria.
Ranked No. 4 in the country, USC awaits the NCAA 64-team brackets to see where the road to a championship will begin. The Trojans are likely to host the first two rounds starting May 11 at Marks Stadium.
