Men's Volley - #1 vs. #2

No. 1 USC men's volleyball is hosting the showdown of the regular season as No. 2 UC Irvine comes to Galen Center Saturday night at 7 p.m.  Admission is FREE to anyone wearing USC gear.

The match-up of the nation's top two teams could be a precursor to the Final Four, which will be held at USC May 3-5.  Tickets to the NCAA Semifinals and Championship are now available.

Riding a 14-match winning streak, the Trojans will celebrate Senior Day this Saturday as well.  Captain Tony Ciarelli is hoping to celebrate his final regular season home match by breaking the school record for aces in the rally scoring era.

Currently, Ciarelli is tied at 143 career aces with 2011 National Player of the Year Murphy Troy.  The best of the bunch came last week against Pacific when he pegged a serve off an opponent's face as the first of three consecutive aces.
