Forging Ahead

The USC baseball march continues into April this week as the Trojans return home to Dedeaux Field, where they are 11-2 this season, to face Pepperdine (tonight at 6 p.m.) and Cal (Thursday-Saturday).

If you go to the evening games tonight or Thursday (also 6 p.m.), the game coincides with football practice, so you are welcome to watch both from the Mark Prior Plaza.

The Trojans split a pair of games at Washington State this past weekend in freezing temperatures.  In fact, snow forced the final game of the series to be postponed to May 15.

Head coach Frank Cruz credited Dave "Pops" Scott and the equipment team for helping his squad survive frigid conditions.  He also tweeted this photo of a masked Trojan in Pullman.
