The Tommy Awards, given to the student-athletes by the student-athletes, were held last night at the Founders Room inside Galen Center.

Best Male Individual Single Game Performance - Matt Barkley, Football vs. UCLA
The QB tossed six touchdown passes to break the Pac-12 single season record in a 50-0 rout of UCLA.
Best Female Individual Single Game Performance - Jessica Davis, Track & Field at Pac-10's
The sprinter set the USC freshman record with her winning time in the 200m at the Pac-10 Championships.
Female Athlete of the Year - Katinka Hosszu, Swimming
The Hungarian won five NCAA titles in the last two years and claimed the 2011 Honda Award.
Male Athlete of the Year - Steve Johnson, Tennis
He led USC to three consecutive team national titles and claimed the NCAA singles crown last year as well.
Male Rising Star - Robert Woods, Football
As a sophomore, he broke the Pac-12 single-season catch record.
Female Rising Star - Sophia Popov, Golf
Popov won the Pac-10 individual and team championships as a freshman.
Best Record-Breaking Performance - Robert Woods, Football vs. Minnesota
The wide receiver hauled in a school record 17 receptions in the season opener.
Male Trojan of the Year - Matt Barkley, Football
He is a star on the field, in the classroom and the community.
Female Trojan of the Year - Amanda Smith, Swimming
The senior co-captain earned All-American honors as a junior.
Coach of the Year - Jovan Vavic, Water Polo
With his trademark intensity, Vavic led the men's team to a 4-peat and his 10th career national title.
Best Team of the Year - Men's Water Polo
Led by seniors Peter Kurzeka and Joel Dennerley, the Trojans won a fourth consecutive NCAA title.
