USC women's basketball has gone Hollywood! Associate head coach Laura Beeman spent time recently tutoring actresses Daryl Hannah, Melanie Griffith, Wanda Sykes, Camryn Manheim and Jessica Rothenberg in the art of hoops as they prepare to shoot The Hot Flashes, an upcoming feature film.
The movie begins production later this week, so Beeman finished up her basketball boot camp today by putting the women through ball handling and shooting drills. The actresses loved working with Coach Beeman and lobbied to have her join them on set, but she is all booked up as the Women of Troy make a March Madness push.
