Ph.D. candidate Shawn C. Sorenson is the director of Trojan Lifetime Champions, a joint program between USC Athletics and the Division of Biokinesiology & Physical Therapy. He is conducting a research project this spring, and would like the help of Trojan alumni to participate in a health and wellness survey. The survey is open to USC undergraduate alumni, consists of two 15-minute questionnaires, and is completely anonymous.
The first 150 eligible participants who respond to this ad will receive a coffee-house gift card as a small token of appreciation. Most importantly, this information will be used in educational programs that improve the health and well-being of current and former USC students. - Whether or not you participated in a varsity sport at USC
- A postal address to mail the surveys
