The men's basketball program has had plenty of recent success in the transfer market and now Women of Troy head coach Michael Cooper is set to welcome Australian product Kate OIiver after two seasons at Marist.
At 6'4", Oliver fills an immediate need inside plus she can stretch the defense with her perimeter shooting ability.
"Kate provides another big body for us. With her height and good shooting ability, she can really spread the floor for us as well," Cooper said. "She is a great kid with a high basketball IQ and is also very strong academically. She's really hit it off with the team already."
