USC will host six football camps this June for high school and elementary school kids conducted by head coach Lane Kiffin and his staff.

Here's the list of camps (all ages/grades as of the fall 2011 season):

Lane-Practice-Smiling.jpgThe Mario Danelo Kicking Academy, established in the honor of the late Trojan placekicker, welcomes kickers, punters and snappers from 7th grade to high school seniors.  Mario's father Joe Danelo, an ex-NFL kicker, will lead the camp on June 10.

The Offensive and Defensive Line Camp open to freshmen through seniors will take place June 11.

The USC Skill Positions Camp will be held on June 12 for freshmen through seniors that play quarterback, running back, wide receiver, tight end, linebacker or defensive back.

The USC 7 on 7 Passing Camp is aimed at high school teams looking to improve their offensive and defensive passing game skills.  High school coaches should call the football office at (213) 740-4204 or email Scott Thompson at to enroll their team for the June 18 camp.

The USC Rising Stars Camp is reserved for sophomores, juniors and seniors who plan on playing at the collegiate level.  Overnight and day campers are eligible for the June 22 and 23 camp.

Finally, the USC "Trojans in Training" Camp is set for June 25 and welcomes campers from third through eighth grade.


All camps will be held on campus at Brian Kennedy and Howard Jones Fields.

All campers will receive a free meal and tee-shirt.
