Tough to swallow. I do understand his point and dragging this out in court would take forever and be very draining on our program. At the same time, if you let a bully push you around they're probably not going to stop until you show them that you are willing to fight back. It is a very tough call and very unfair to say the least.
I wonder how this will affect Todd's decisions.
