Q.) How do I request an upgrade to improve my seats?
A.) You can ask for an upgrade by sending an email to rorr@usc.edu with your wish list, which includes what section, side of the stadium and rows you prefer. If you are willing to sit in lower rows or ask for fewer tickets (e.g. 2 or 3), you will get a better chance for improvement.
Q.) How does seating work?
A.) When all the memberships are in and current, we rank the athletic support group members. With the non-renewals and drops, we know what is available and then we go to the wish lists. We try to make as many people happy as possible.
Q.) How is it sectioned off?
A.) There are certain boundaries for each athletic support group. Obviously, we seat Scholarship first then Committee and so forth.
Q.) Where do new Cardinal and Gold or Women of Troy members get seated?
A.) Generally, they sit in the sections between the goal line and 10-yard line.
Q.) Are there available seats for new members?
A.) Yes, please come join us!
Q.) How can I improve my tickets and parking if I am a Cardinal and Gold member without moving up to the Committee level?
A.) Signing up for a dual membership would really help. If you have four tickets and you are Cardinal and Gold and you really want a good jump, adding a second membership at $2,500 is going to get you to a better location. It will help with seating, parking and away games.
Q.) What are the parking changes this year?
A.) As long as their dues are in by May 1, Cardinal and Gold and Women of Troy members will select their preferred parking lot for next season. They will be able to go online and pick their first and second choices, and the process will be prioritized by years of membership. If you do not get your requested lot or you are not current on your membership, you will get a regular Cardinal and Gold pass for Lots 1 and 2 on Menlo and campus. Scholarship and Committee already have assigned lots, so this is something new for Cardinal and Gold and Women of Troy. We hope this will help people know where they are going, so they won't have to go as early.
Q.) How is it different for lifetime Cardinal and Gold members?
A.) If you are a lifetime member, we will give preference to members that have an annual athletic support group membership at a minimum of $200. If you contribute annually, your years in Cardinal and Gold will work towards a higher priority in parking. If not, you will receive a regular Cardinal and Gold parking pass instead of your preferred choice.
Q.) Any other updates?
A.) It is very important for all our members to be current by May 1, 2011, as all seating, away games and parking allocations will be based on memberships on that date.
Q.) What if I have more questions?
A.) Please call the development staff at (213) 740-4155.
