USC freshman guard Bryce Jones has announced that he will transfer from the men's basketball program.
"Bryce Jones has informed us of his desire to leave USC and transfer to another school," head coach Kevin O'Neill announced. "We appreciate his contributions to our program, and we wish Bryce and his family all the best. He's a talented player with a promising future."
Jones averaged 7.6 points and 2.6 rebounds per game and started 10 times this season.
"My family and I felt it was in my best interest to transfer, so I informed Coach O'Neill of this yesterday," Bryce Jones said. "Although my time at USC didn't go exactly how I had hoped in terms of playing time, I appreciate the experience I was offered and wish my teammates nothing but the best in the future."
Jones played an average of 20.5 minutes per game and was second on the team in three-pointers made and steals.

There's no "I" in "Team", Bryce. To quit on your team mid-season is incredibly weak. Good riddance.
There is an I in wIn.. maybe it was more than just being that guy if some of you so called "FANS" come watch the games and watch a player you like you would see the bigger picture... you guys go off the main numbers instead of seeing how does a guy drop from 30 min to 2 min per game for no reason he was the second leading scorer and led the team in steals not to mentioned helped us win against TEXAS and TENNESSEE give him a break.
people say he doesnt work hard... i remember seeing him come to high school upset because he thought he was known and cared about at USC but constantly was kicked out of the gym by police for working out "TOO LONG". i have even gone with him and seen this personally. dont speak on a guy u dont know anything about and go off hear say
