Earlier this week, Lane Kiffin said that the USC vs. UCLA rivalry is always more special to current players, who have local ties and relationships with so many players on their rivals' roster.
While most of the USC and UCLA players squared off in high school, some were teammates. At least a dozen schools have players on both sides that could feature in Saturday's game.
And one school (Edison High School in Fresno) has brothers, T.J. and Tevin McDonald, who will bring sibling rivalry to the crosstown showdown.
Mater Dei trumps them all with eight alums (three Trojans and five Bruins), while Oaks Christian and Notre Dame Sherman Oaks have some of the biggest names.
